Working hours (local time in each city)

Best meeting times

Pick cities to see the overlap.

Times come from your browser’s Intl.DateTimeFormat with IANA time zone data, so daylight saving changes are handled automatically for the date you pick.

What your result means

  • Highlighted hours are inside working hours in every city at once.
  • No highlight: there is no shared 9 to 5 hour. Widen the hours in one city or alternate who takes the early slot.
  • The date matters: daylight saving time shifts offsets in March and November.
  • Set up your call space before the meeting. Read the guide

How it works

The planner uses your browser’s Intl.DateTimeFormat with IANA time zone names (for example America/Denver) to convert one instant into each city’s local time. Because the conversion uses the real time zone database for the date you choose, daylight saving time is handled automatically, including Arizona and Hawaii, which do not observe it. The grid is built hour by hour in the first city’s local day and the overlap is the set of hours inside every city’s working window on a weekday.

FAQ

Does it handle daylight saving time?

Yes. Pick the meeting date and the planner uses that day’s offsets, so a March or November meeting is converted correctly.

Why is there no overlap?

Some pairs, for example US Pacific and India, have no common 9 to 5 hours. Widen the hours for one side, or drop a city.

Can I plan for a specific day?

Yes, change the date. Weekends are shown as non-working hours.

Is anything stored?

No. The shareable link carries the settings in the URL; nothing is saved on our side.
