I bought it on prime day for 250, to replace S21+.Speedwise it seems to be the same, all apps opening quick and work without lags.Display probably slightly brighter on samsung, but this one is not much worse, and its larger.Back “leather” feels real nice, thanks to it – phone is not slippery like other metal and plastic phones. It is 8Gb ram and 256Gb built in memory, and you can add up to 2 TB micro sd card.It has NFC for payments, wireless charging, 3.5mm headphone jack, stylus, good camera, and flat screen, without curved edges ! Android 14.And all that is for 250$ ! What else can you ask for ?Its probably best phone in its class and price range up to date.Unless you are a pro and need a phone for work to do a lot of editing or gaming, this will fit 90% of average users.

Bought this to replace a OnePlus 10 Pro as I was tired of the quirky os and battery drain. Had previously used LG phones and had missed the sim card and audio Aux out. Was interested to see that this had both, as well as a stylus.Got it for $250 on Prime Day and my biggest fear going from a Snapdragon 8 gen 1 to a 6 gen 1 was performance. I’ve been more than pleasantly surprised. In fact, when using Spotify and other apps that require a fast scan down the page I’ve actually found it faster. Was also happy to see just how sharp the red version looks. I put it under a clear case and love the way it looks. The camera app is certainly a weak point as it really does give extra color to images, and can take a split second longer to take a photo than a premium S22/iPhone, but its fine for my limited use.The battery has been the star of the show. Minus the relatively slow charge vs OnePlus’s 60W charging, it’s been amazing. Getting two days of battery life has been insanely refreshing. In second place for my favorite design angles, only by tiny bit, is the screen, which seemed to have a better white balance than the OnePlus 10 Pro. It’s beautiful. It’s also been very crisp and responsive, with the touchscreen always hitting the exact spot I touch (an issue I had on the OnePlus).Overall, for $250 (!) or even $400, this is a tremendous value. I don’t game or do much video processing, so I can’t speak to that…but for me, minus the camera speed, this daily drives very close to the flagship phones of my past. Add to that an audio Aux jack and the ability to add additional SD storage and it’s a no brainier for most non power users (IMO). If you’re not a power user and are looking to save cash on a solid phone, I’d say go for it. So far (2 weeks in), I couldn’t be happier with my choice.

Love the feel, the screen, not to heavy, not to big, working without any problems. It has a lot of cool little extras like freehand calculator with stylus input, or the chop chop flashlight. NFC payments… My son has another well known brand 3 times more expensive phone and he is jealous of mine 😂!

If you’re like me, and only upgrade your phone when the last one is physically malfunctioning, you’re probably well familiar with the feeling that every time you return to the phone market you find that it’s become vastly worse in your absence. For every feature most of the big players add to their increasingly large pseudo-tablets, something you liked goes away forever, for seemingly no reason at all. Headphone jacks? Sorry, not cool enough! Expandable storage? You mean “Google Drive”? It is an absolute clown fiesta out here, and frankly I’m sick of it. Luckily, apparently Motorola is, too.To start with the obvious, this phone has both a headphone jack and a slot for a microSD card, so on top of the 256 gb of internal storage you can put pretty much however much you could ever need in it for your pictures, music, and everything else — because being forced to pay extra money for dodgy cloud storage so that you can access it less reliably is a scam, and everyone knows it. But Motorola didn’t stop there, and so this blast from the past comes with a stylus, too. It isn’t a “smart” stylus like the Samsung S24 Ultra, but who cares? It’s a phone, not a Wacom tablet, even if the S24 is steadily approaching the size of one anyways. You can quickly jot down notes, use it to press those tiny little buttons in badly designed apps, or just play Professor Layton and the Curious Village HD the way god intended. It snaps in with a nice little click, so it doesn’t feel like it’s going to slip out like the old styluses used to, and while it never feels like a killer feature it’s just one more nice little thing to have, because this is a phone made by people who understand that if you’re paying a few hundred dollars for a device it should have more nice little things, and not less. But you know what it doesn’t have? A stupid, annoying little bixby button that you have to beat your phone in arena combat to change to something more useful. Your move, Samsung. And while I’m not normally picky about the appearance of my phone in favor of what it can do, I do have to say that the faux leather back was cooler than I expected it to be. It doesn’t feel or look anything like real leather, but it’s enough that it feels different from the usual boring metal or plastic slabs, and as far as design gimmicks go I did think it’s pretty neat. The screen itself is also about as nice as my untrained eye can tell, and while it’s not the strongest powerhouse you can buy (obviously, considering it costs anywhere from 1/2 to 1/3 what the current other flagship phones cost) it still capably runs modern 3D phone games at medium-range settings. If you’re looking for the best of the best then you should look elsewhere, but it’s hard for me to really find explicit faults with it.Except for one, unfortunately, which is that in the end I found that Verizon does not actually support this phone, because much like the phone manufacturers themselves most American service carriers operate on the principle of taking one step forward and two steps back every year. I have an S24 Ultra now, a misguided attempt to bury the loss of my SD card slot with opulent overspending and a fancier, if perhaps not better clicky stylus, but I’ll cherish the day and a half I spent living in blissful ignorance thinking that the reason my SIM card wasn’t working was just because of Verizon’s mediocre service. Maybe I should just switch to AT&T, instead. The world is cruel enough as it is — don’t let your smart phone take things from you, too.

After ruining two 2022 models of this phone by drowning them in Lake Mead the last two July 4th trips, I decided on this model, specifically waiting for Prime Day when for a short time, it was offered for $250 in red. I noticed the price went up the following day by $100, so good timing for a change. The phone is fast and responsive; quite adequate for my needs. Gone are the days of spending $1,000 or more on phones for me, especially in view of how I tend to destroy them, lol.

Prime day deal was over $150 off the regular price. Recommended by several online tech reporters as a great affordable android Phone. For under $250, this was a steal. It works great and far exceeds my last Moto g7 Play phone.

I had a Pixel 7 Pro that had a hardware failure and was out of warranty. Before that I had a Pixel 3 XL. This is my first Motorola and I have to say I love this phone. The battery life is amazing, I’m getting 8 hours of SOT with average use. I could never get that with my Google phones. The screen is beautiful, bright and colors are great. The only weak point is the camera, but it’s fine for what I need. After all, it’s 1/2 the price of anything similar IMHO. Also, the 256gb included storage is a big selling point for me. And having microSD card expansion is unheard of these days. Seriously a very great phone the 345 bucks.

This 2024 stylus phone punches way above its price point. POLED Screen is impressive, “Snappydragon” 6 CPU delivers performance that is optimized and sufficient to run apps delay free. Bells and whistles like the MicroSD slot, dual SIM capabilities are included on this Mid level monster of a phone.Sure you could find a better phone with a “SNAPPIERDRAGON” 8 GEN 3 CPU and 4K screen, but at what price ? Not even close to what this Motorola G STYLUS 2024 costs. This phone does not disappoint !!!! Recommended !!

So I have to say I’m kinda blown away at how good this phone is! Coming from a OnePlus 8t which was great but I broke it so I needed one fast so I started digging and looked at probably 30 different phones, and yes I’m kind of a spec junkie, comparing lots of differences but caught this on Prime Day deal @ $250 was short on cash and thought ok I’ll get this one now and get a better one when I can afford it😁 Well I will say won’t be looking for another any time soon! I love this phone! It’s snappy display is great camera is great battery is amazing great reception and more than enough storage!!!! The Snapdragon 6 gen 1 gets it done!!!! Has a stylus headphone jack and sd card slot for even more storage at an amazing price!!! Would recommend to anyone!!!!

Picked this up during Prime Days. Fast wireless charging, WIFI calling and 5G along with android 14! Replaced a 2021 Stylus much improved cell phone!
