Easy setup out of the box. Excellent and clear sound. Works seamless with echo app. It comes setup for your Wi-Fi automatically if you already have an Echo dot. Great price and looks new.

I purchased the latest echo dot for my son as a Christmas present, after playing around with his I realized having an Alexa in my room would be a great addition. I didn’t feel the need to get the latest and greatest so I researched other options. I found the echo pop and thought it was perfect! You can play your Spotify playlists (or whatever music subscription service you use), manage Alexa enabled apps.. I have WiFi enabled coffee maker I create routines with, use the Alexa app in your phone and create a family account, and more. The echo pop is compact, affordable, and colorful (I chose purple). I also purchased mine refurbished and you would never know! I definitely recommend if you want to try an Alexa device but don’t want to spend top dollar.

It’s a lot nicer than the echo flex (the one that looks like a big wall wort power adapter) it was meant to replace. Although it actually turns out it’s best to use both of them in the same room as the AC is noisy so depending on where I am sometimes one of the devices hears me, sometimes the other. But usually it’s this one and the speaker is oh so much better. I also totally love the color, and the design makes a lot more sense to me vs. the ones that have the speaker pointing straight up.

Refurbished or not, this Pop was the easiest to install, connected right away & is one heck of a speaker! The dot is pretty good for sound but the Pop is better. And has the same functionality as any other Alexa product.

I hesitated to buy a smart speaker for a long time. I had the opportunity to try someone else’s, then decided to try this certified refurbished Echo Pop because the price was reasonable. I live in an area where radio reception isn’t great, but with the Pop I can receive local radio stations clearly and can listen while getting ready for work. I also enjoy being able to listen to music or podcasts while cooking (I keep mine in the kitchen). I’m sure I’ve only scratched the surface in terms of features that I would enjoy.Sounds quality seems fine. I did not notice any clues that this product was refurbished — it appeared as if it were new.

Now I have Alexa in every room! My house sounds like the nort sea with my ocean storms playing on Ambient sounds 24/7. I’m a reader, don’t watch TV but perhaps a few days a year, so my Alexa gives me news, games, alarms reminders.. everything!
